Neuroimaging-Based Prediction of Psychosis Conversion in Clinical High-Risk Individuals

  • Performed fine-grained cortical sulcal segmentation using BrainVISA and extracted morphometric features including sulcal depth, length, and geometric properties.
  • Applied machine-learning and statistical analyses to identify sulcal features associated with subsequent conversion to psychosis.

  • Designed and implemented a pilot tFUS intervention targeting the left posterior hippocampus to investigate visuospatial memory and depressive symptoms.
  • Conducted image-guided target localization and TUS administration with hands-on individualized neuromodulation procedures.
  • Performed task-fMRI preprocessing and first- and group-level modeling in SPM to characterize intervention-related neural changes.
